High performance bikes

The Cosmic mountain bike was designed and engineered by DTM and the frame is entirely made in carbon fibre reinforced plastics. In the figure below is shown on the left the monocoque frame (20") with aluminum inserts bonded directly to carbon structure. The total weight is of only 1,3 Kg. In the right picture is shown the complete mountain bike assembly, carbon green frame with industry standard components - total weight 9 Kg (style design by Ricci Design, frame manufactured by ATR group).
