DTM designs and develops mechanical GSE for instruments and satellite handling, integration and transportation. For Airbus Munich DTM developed the mechanical GSE for the Sentinel 5 instrument: instrument integration stand, trolley, handling adapters, protection covers, hoisting devices and transportation container

Fluidic GSE
DTM designs and develops fluidic GSE to support flight hardware operations and tests. We are capable to design extra high purity GSE both for biological, molecular and particle contamination like the F-GSE built for the Exomars Ultra Clean zone of the Analytical Laboratory drawer developed by Thales Turin.
DTM designed and developed the fluidic GSE for satellite instrument purging for the Sentinel 5 F-GSE developed for Airbus Defence and Space Munich.

Thermal GSE
DTM also designs and develops custom Thermal or Mechanical-Thermal vacuum chambers like the one built to qualify ISA spring accelerometer for the Bepi Colombo mission (Thales Milano - ASI program).
The ISA MT-GSE thermal vacuum chamber has been used for the qualification of the ISA instruments for the Bepi Colombo mission.
The TVC is composed by a cooling and heating system, three cold plates, 4 vacuum pumps (including turbo-molecular pump and ionic pump), high accuracy temperature and pressure acquisition systems and the control software.
